5. 5. What is the design of communication? Communication with client. And within the brand. The design of communication with the client is responsible for everything: for message, correct perception and positioning. For the product and its quality: only communication is able to bring all about the user’s scenario. Communication inside means processes. Build understanding. The design shall get inside the company, so that everyone knows that you give to the client. It's about sense making - meaningful work, understanding the user’s scenario.
6. Design management is responsible for relevancy.
7. What is required from the design of communication? Value creation. Design takes more and more responsibility, it became closer to finance, it is easier to describe its quality by financial KPI. Why? Be relevant is a new value. And the money is there as well.
9. Where is the essence of design thinking? Using the tools of designers to more abstract problems, processes.
10. SUMMARY: good news - the design is available and is required not only by the designers.
